Model Test of Jacked Pile Penetration Process Considering Influence of Pile Diameter

چکیده
In order to investigate the influence of different diameters on pile end resistance, side axial force and transmission law jacked penetration, two pairs embedded sensitized microfiber grating sensors were installed by slotting body. The pile-jacking process static-pressing viscous foundation soil with closed-tube model piles was successfully monitored. test results show that pressure, resistance increase linearly depth. When jacks, final pressure TP1 is higher than pile. TP2 31% higher, 18% total 57% higher. increasing diameter can significantly resistance; under penetration depths, from top end. Continuously exerted, body decreases depth slope distribution curve forcegradually decreases. At maximum depth, larger TP2; As increases, unit at same gradually decreases, is, has a “degradation effect”; jacking, percentage exceeds 50%, bears most load. This research be used as reference for study driving mechanism in clayey layered soils.

Research on Pressed Pile Test and Finite Element Analysis of Large-diameter Steel Pipe Pile of Zhanjiang Port
In order to study pressed pile test and ultimate bearing capacity character of large-diameter steel pipe pile, based on two high-piled wharfs of Zhanjiang Port, pressed pile test and numerical simulation of three large-diameter steel pipe piles are analyzed in this paper. Anchored pile method is used to pressed pile test, and the curves of Q-s and ultimate bearing capacity are attained. Then th...
متن کاملVertical Vibration Analysis of Soil-pile Interaction Systems Considering the Soil-pile Interface Behavior
A numerical method is presented herein to study soil-pile interaction systems in a stratified media. The method is based on a coupling of the finite element method and the boundary element method. The near field is modeled by the finite elements whereas the far field is modeled by the boundary dement formulation using the multi-layer dynamic fimdamental solution that satisfies the radiation con...
متن کاملA Method for Predicting Pile Capacity Using Cone Penetration Test Data
The massive construction in poor lands has encouraged engineers to use deep foundations in order to transfer superstructure loads to the subsoil. Since soil excavation, sampling, and laboratory testing as a part of site investigation are relatively difficult, in-situ tests such as cone penetration test (CPT) as a very informative test may be recommended. The CPT has been widely used in engineer...
متن کاملBidimensional Sand Pile Model
In this paper we introduce the Bidimensional Sand Pile Model (BSPM), that is, a generalization of the Sand Pile Model (SPM) with the addition of a further dimension. The SPM and some related models have been studied in many different domains and they play an important role in the theory of discrete dynamical systems. They were considered in the context of integer lattices by Brylawski in 1973. ...
متن کاملInterpretation of static pile loading test results and application for design of pile groups
Recent major bridge projects in the Greater Vancouver Area showcase the experience of local geotechnical engineers. Large static pile loading tests have been carried out on a number of these projects including the Pitt River Bridge, Golden Ears Bridge and Port Mann Bridge projects. This paper briefly discusses different analytical approaches to load test interpretation and reviews the approach ...
